25 cal FX hybrid and the SUPERIOR liner

Anyone having any luck with the superior liner and the hybrid slugs in 25 cal. And if so what is your recipe. 


OR same question with NSA or varmint knockers 

looking for a starting point.


im thinking the hybrids might be a little light at 26 gr ?

my dreamline 25, superior liner, really likes the nsa 29gr slugs.

my new wildcat mkiii sprays the 29gr NSA all over the place, but seems to do really well with the FX hybrid slugs, so far.

I am pretty impressed with the Superior liner! The 29.5's I found to be dang near as accurate as the JSB KH at 100yards. I shot them @ 930, 965, 973 9 (AVG) this is tune I was able shoot 1.5" until the wind picked up. With a 50yd 0 the hold over for the KH is 3.5 @ 917 fps with the 29.5's 2.5!

This is the tune they liked the best. Later that day got on a raven at 122yds. Chest shot knocked him over backward DRT. NEVER have done that. Ya I ordered more

Same initial results here with a 600mm superior liner and .25 hybrid slugs out of an impact. I'm still going to play with the tune to see if I can get them going a little faster than the 960fps I have them at now. I'm getting 1.5" groups at 50 yards with the hybrids but I haven't stretched them out much further than that yet. I also just ordered some NSA slugs to try out too.

Mine showed up this morning. Looking forward to getting it installed and tuned.

I didn't have time to do anything but run 10 Hybrids through the pellet liner. First nine were the last of the 33.95s. The Hybrids were running hot on the 33.95 tune, but very consistently. If it rains tomorrow I'll get the Superior liner in and see how accurate they are.

Nice shooting there guy. Did you further mess with valve adjuster after initial tune while shooting groups?

Well that's a damn impeccable group at 50, brother! I dunno if you should tune anything more!

The Hybrids in .25 in my MK2 with slug liner are ok, but not that tight. maybe I need to run em faster? 920 fps. So much tuning. So little time. 

Strangely they are almost that tight out of my Taipan Long...

My 25 cal with the superior liner seems to like the lighter slugs. 26 to 29.5 gr. Shot some this evening at 64 yards some decent groups.
Still haven’t topped the 34 gr JSB pellets. This morning it was calm ant I was hitting a 1 inch swinger 4 out of 5 times at 110 yards with pellets.

My apologizes for these questions.I bought a New Crown 25 700mm barrel,glad that it has the Amp reg in it.So don't no if if it came with the superior liner.How do you distinguish the difference.I am of the understanding that i can shoot ALL slugs in 25 cal. Through it,whether they are FX,NSA,JSB.Any info would be,great fully appreciated.
