I received some bbt in .251,.252,.253,.254 from Ron (pcphunter) to test out in my ace 25. I sat them by the hunter supply .25 and I thought, there is no comparison in the quality. The bbt from Ron were flawless. It was late and I had been waiting out impending rainstorms and when I saw they were going to blow over I grabbed my gear and headed to the range. It was late and light was fading so I set up quick and shot 6 rounds then refilled for each size. I started at the .254 and shot down to the .251. For my gun, the .253 and the .251 edged out all the others, why it skipped out .252 I don't have a clue. At 45 yards with open reticle I was putting them under a quarter for 5 shots with a flier outside of the quarter which I attribute to myself and the open reticle. I had no crazy off the wall fliers. Even with a 2moa dot it covers the bulls eye at this distance. I'm picking up a new scope for this gun this week and ill shoot again. I just couldn't wait.
Knowing my gun and the other pellets and ammo I have shot from it, I have no doubt with a decent scope I will put these under a dime at 50 yards. I have been wanting a consistent, quality .25 bullet style ammo for this gun and I think I have finally found it. Thanks Ron for the excellent ammo to test.
