.25 10 shots at 34 - Gamo (on video)

While out showing the wife’s sister around we decided to go to the mountains so they could do some hiking. Sooo I did some shooting from the back of the Jeep just for GP.

4 shots are under 1/4 inch and the other opens it to a tad above .25. I know if I sort pellets and even apply a light lube I’ve seen this gun shoot better. There’s 2 videos, one is the 4th shot the other is the 5th

I notice a lot of discussion on accurate reporting of shot groups so when my wife got back I had her film my 4th and 5th shots which both went into the same hole. I also thought a video could show how mild I’ve tamed the recoil down to.

Keep in mind my technique is an advanced discipline, not recommended for the novice :)

Thank you very much! I’ve learned a lot from the members here. I learned the importance of calming the twang from JohnnyPiston as well as keeping an eye on the recoil. The scope and the adjustment wheel on the CFR were both purchased 100 percent due to your recommendation, I didn’t even research it, just pulled the trigger on amazon. I could go on and on with all the people here I’ve learned from just in the past few months. I’m going to keep shooting for the CFR to group well now at 50 yards but have no idea what those FT guys are getting group wise from a supported position.

So if someone could give me a target to aspire for at 50 that would be tremendous help.

Next on my list besides this gun is a Varmint which has proven to me that it’s barrel is capable so long as I do my tuning right. Then finish some minor things with my wife’s hunter elite. THEN I’ll buy a gamo fusion swarm gen 2. After that I’ll probably move to tinkering with HWs.
