Played with the placement of the Tactacam on the scope but never could get a complete picture at 32 power. This was done at 24 power which seemed to remove the shadow from the image. This is also with three x zoom in the camera itself. https://youtu.be/-SFVEp20oBo

I shoot @ 12 power on my Sidewinder. ALWAYS. I'm not big on changing magnification as, for my eyes, there's no need for it. That's the magnification I have Strelok set up for so that's where I leave it. Maybe that's why I seem to have less "problems" with the camera. Although, yesterday I was trying to get a video of a squirrel shot @ 120 yds & when I reviewed the video at home the bottom of the field of view was cut off. Must have knocked it out of whack at some point. Live and learn. From your posts I get the impression you change magnification a lot.

Seldom do I have need to shoot further than 200 yards while hunting with the powder burners and until recent few years all of my scopes had a simple duplex reticle. No need for any hold over out to 250 yards with a 2” high at a 100 yards poi. Very much in the beginning stage of trying to figure out what will work for me.
