.22 or .25 for crow hunting?

It's more about stot placement then caliber. Was trying for head shot @ 107 lazered yds. Charlie tuned cricket compact Grey label jsb 18.1 @ 860.

I’ve witnessed one crow in the 7 years I’ve lived in my home. I have mockingbirds that next on both sides of my property, they keep them away. I’ll happily help if they give me a chance. I shoot 22 and 25, the energy transfer sound has made me go to 25 for stuff I don’t want leaving my property. Rats and mice get the 16 FPE I have my 22 rifle set at. I hit an invasion bird with the 25 shooting FX Hybrids, 52 FPE at target….. Dang, that slap. The 25 also does it effortlessly, no heavy hammer spring that can cause inconsistency.
