.22 LR ?

RTIs .22 LR barrel stands for Long Range not Long Rifle. I think almost every body who has any knowledge of PCPs understands it's not for Long Rifle as it's clear you can't use those in an air rifle. Never seen it mentioned on any other gun but the RTIs case which is what it's called. It's been mentioned multiple times in the past where you have asked the question.

Probably because most airgun manufacturers don’t give a crap about the firearm industry. They are two completely different industries. It really shows in how most of them construct a gun and why we are stuck with sensitive harmonic nightmares. Crossover guys must always remember what ball field they are playing in to avoid confusion. This goes for more than just terminology.

.22 lr powder burner rimfire. .22LR IS SOMEONE'S MADE UP DESIGNATION FOR LONG RANGE, AND imop TO BRAG.

Lol what? What else would you come up with for a barrel designed to shoot pellets at high speed for long range shooting? I'm not sure why some people are getting bent out of shape over this. Literally has zero affect on our lives no matter what it's called.
