This,Ladies and Gentlemen, is my "Sniper Shot Scene from Saving Private Ryan" scope lens scratch/impact resistance test.
Although a keen eye is required,upon close examination one can detect the potential visual degradation caused by a JSB 18.13 striking the objective lens at @37 ft lbs. from a distance of 35 yds. Sooo...in case you ever wondered "What if?", here Ya go...
