.22 cal Loose Tips

Anyone seen loose brass tips on H&N .22 cal. Hornet Pellets

I odered 400 rounds / two tins a few weeks agao from AOA and all of them had had loose tips.

I E-Mailed H&N and sent fotos of the tins for lot numbers on the bottom but haven't heard back yet.
