I purchased one of huma regulators for my Benjamin marauder 22 with a built in gauge port. I installed it smoothly according to the instructions. However after refilling the air tank via a scuba tank to 2500 psi after installation, I immediately noticed that the gauge only reads 0 psi. On dry firing there was air coming out of the muzzle and on firing pellets, the power was too low that the pellets fell to the ground around 30 meters from the muzzle. I partially unscrewed the gauge and air started hissing from the gauge port so there was air reaching the regulator. On taking out the gauge there was no visible blockage of the gauge port. What do you think is the problem here?

Sounds like you're not getting much air thru the reg. Try to increase the reg pressure and see what happens.
