.22 Ammo Talk with Benjamin Armada, DAR Gen 3 & Beeman 1358

Well I guess the point of this thread is to get others opinions, and or if anyone has had the same luck with ammo..

Crosman Premier Hp 14.3 gr - Almost every air gun I have ever owned shoots these exceptionally well..

These Nielsen Specialty .217 17.5gr Slugs - They have grouped well in just about everything I own, I think they are a good universal slug choice for low/moderately powered guns, the downside is they have been loose in every mag I’ve put them in, they feed well, but you will get the occasional cycling hiccup..

Predator Polymags 15.89gr - For me in almost every instance these are the most accurate & most devastating pellet I have come across for small game/pesting.. even when ya don’t get that perfect shot they are devastating enough to be more forgiving than others…

Whats your opinion?

The CPHP shoot okay in my Urbans. The JSB Hades and Jumbo shoot better. The 14.3 grain pellets are just a little too light for many more powerful PCP rifles. In addition to better accuracy the heavier (JSB) pellets load the gun more and are thus more efficient and make more fpe. But as long as the CPHP can be gotten at Walmart under $7 then I will continue to use them. I wish there was a 30 grain CPHP in .25 :(.
