Another great event at Arlington Sportsmans Club!
Great to see so many friendly faces.
Thanks again to Jeff and Scott for all the hard work and organization, that we all could enjoy a seamless event.
Put it on your calendars for next year everybody!

That rifle event was so humbling for me. I can't remember shooting that bad since my FIRST FT match!!! LOL! Ouch!
I don't remember skunking a lane since I began shooting...and I had several this weekend!!!!
I think I cried a little bit!!!
I pretended it was allergies!!!

On the bright side though, I did get to watch Randy and Mark duke it out all day Sunday in an epic battle to be settled on the last lane, with Randy Smith coming back to beat Mark Welker by a single shot in an epic Piston Rifle Championship!!
Way to go guys!!!

I think Ken might have something to say about the Piston Rifle Championship, but Randy and Mark did great with the crutches. I wonder if Mark would have done better or worse if he hadn't broken his sticks after his last shot Saturday.

Some of us Florida boys were going to make the trek but fate intervened. We hope to make it next year. Looked like a great time and a great course. Congrats to all and especially the peeps who put all the work in to organize it.

Had a great time shooting with you! Mark is a great competitor and I'm still somewhat amazed that I was able to string together that comeback.

Arlington (Jeff and Scott and crew) did a great job on the course. It was challenging and fun to shoot.
