.20 slugs

I know a couple years ago NSA was testing slugs for .20 There were member(s) that were part of the test group. I emailed NSA around this past Christmas, got a reply stating when they get caught up on orders the may look back into them. Well I sure hope they do or else I have to look for a .177 barrel. If you KNOW anything how about sharing it with the rest of us.

Was one of the BETA testers .... They shot ok ( Had 3 weights ) but not good enough by the reports to go with what we tested ... so ?

Yea I knew you were a tester. Just didn't want to throw your name in, trying to be courtious. I was hoping you would chime in and say NSA has got you testing again. Hope they give it another try before I buy a new barrel.

Not really sure why they did not do any better ? There size was correct, rifling engagement correct and in a @ 16-1 & 17-7 to 1 barrels that are similar to .177 and .22 twists that shoot great the .20's for what ever reason were lack luster.

I've been pestering Nick for over a year to p-l-e-a-s-e bring them back. But, all the 'testers' I talked to, or heard from, said they just didn't perform as hoped.

So...As much as I would love to have .20 slugs.....I'm not holding my breath.

Cedric had good results. Motorhead did not. They need to work in most guns to be a slug to sell. I will revisit them but i can only do so much at a time. 20 cal is a small market so i have to focus my limited time on most bang for buck. Dies and punches not going anywhere.
