20 moa scope ring question

So this arken 20 moa one piece that I bought, do I have it mounted backwards? Should the small part of the triangle point to the back of the gun or the front?
This is on my wildcat mk3.

That should be right. You want the scope higher in the rear to give n you more elevation

Okay thank you. That would explain why I was way off paper when I started shooting. Now to flip it around and recenter.
