HW/Weihrauch 20 cal Frankenrauch at 50.

Was shooting the Frankenrauch after dinner tonight. All 5 shot groups at 50 yards.

I was pretty happy with these. I shot them counter clockwise starting at the bottom left with the FTTs.
Half of the groups could be covered (ctc) with a quarter (2MOA). I'm normally happy with that from a springer at 50 yards.

I went back to shooting and I shot this.

I'm almost sure that top left one can easily be covered with a dime edge to edge. It's likely MOA or better. I'll measure it when I finish the target. It's gotta be close to a personal best for 50 yard springer. I adjusted the scope to bring the POI lower and the next shot landed way low, almost in the middle of the page. I lost my mojo after that and it all went to heel. For reference the red dots are 1"

That's some happy shooting at 50
Most of my .20 springers prefer the FTTs too. The exception is my 97 that loves JSBs!

Thanks. This gun flip flops between liking the FTTs and JSBs. It seems to depend more on the tin in hand.

I finished the rest of that 50 yard target yesterday so I finally measured my lucky group. I'll call this half inch (MOA) ctc

Here's the rest of the target which are far more indicative of my 50 yard springer groups with a light breeze. Bottom

This why I don't believe in posting just cherry picked groups. There's a big difference between shooting a half inch group and saying it shoots half inch groups.
