I started shooting air guns 6 months ago, and became hooked. I see a lot of videos reviewing guns, but want you input. Which is the best PCP gun for afirst time owner? My budget is around $400.

Appreciate your comnents.

There are lots of options for the price range. What do you plan on doing with it first of all?

I might think about an American gun and then put a scope on it. So, long as I had a way to charge it up that is.

.22 cal gauntlet, $240-$300, amazon hand pump $50, amazon scope $35, Crosman hollow points from Walmart $6. From there you can shoot 30 yards all you want for $6 until you make that come up....

My 1st magazine fed PCP was a Marauder .22. Honestly, it was only OK. Wasn't knocked out by it. Then I got a Hatsan AT44S. I loved that gun. Quieter & more accurate than the M-rod. Hit harder too. I think it's a great 1st PCP.
