19g .22 slugs

Has anyone tried the 19 gr .22 Nielsen slugs? I have some that I was trying in my AA S410SL just to see if they would group. They do pretty well nit as good as the JSB exacts or the Hades but they are acceptable. I thought I would try them on pigeons just to see how they work, showy one at about 40 yards the other day and another today at about 30 yards in a 10mph wind. These things hit pretty hard, nice solid whack on impact and neither bird even twitched just dropped off the windmill DRT. I think I need to get some more.

Try some 19 gr. Crosman pellets in that AA rifle. They shoot great in mine and another one I just sold.

I tried them in my Alumirod over the summer on a dozen or so pigeons. If I remember correctly the were shooting 840ish fps. Accuracy was OK, not as good as the JSB 18.1g. Like you mentioned the whacked the pigeons pretty good.
