1913 pic rail , how is it distinguished?

outside of the labeling , how different is it from other pic rails found on say , the wildcat mk2? i'm looking to go accu tac bipod QD . so , will it fit the included rail?

so , in other words , all pic rails are of the 1913 designation. thanks

the bottom line is the Weaver rails have narrower slots and will not mount Pinatinny rings 

when using Weaver rings on a Picatiiny rail you need to push one forward and one back so they will not slip in the wider slots

I understand that, my question was if all pic rails were the same.
