177 Airwolf to Redwolf barrel

On the AoA website both rifles are shown to have 17 inch barrels, but I heard the Redwolf has a 21 inch barrel.

1. What would it take to put a Redwolf barrel on an Airwolf?

2. What would I gain, if anything?

3. Would the shroud fit from the Redwolf?

Different barrel lengths between HP and standard versions.

Personally. If you want a Red Wolf I would get one vs trying to mock one up. That being said, anything is possible.

Perhaps enjoying the MTC for what it is (if it is accurate) would be my choice.

Thanks. At this point it is mostly a thought exercise. I have found out the breech on the rifles are different. So, a direct swap is not possible. Also, Daystate also made, a no longer available MCT Extreme that has a poly barrel.
