Crosman 1720T, it’s a rifle

1720 got some love today. Set up to shoot Supermags just shy of 700fps. I do love the old elm 160 stock.
The bipod is only for bench testing.

Will be on garden stakeout in the morning.

This is what I like to see. Beautiful job using mostly factory components to create a whole new gun. When a gun can make someone ask “which model is that” or say I haven’t seen that model before. That’s a great build!

NO! It’s a pistol! Wait, maybe it is a rifle, just change the stock!

For shooting from the bench I use the SC stock I acquired from @SAZ (Thanks Larry!)

For shooting offhand I use the stock from Tom West and change from scope to red dot.

Best of both worlds!!

Anyone else still have one? Let’s see em!

The use of the rooftop fans to generate enough flow to propel the submarine through the air is clever thinking.
It looks like an evolution of the Haunebu with an observation deck.
