I've only ordered the IZH (Sun Optics) picatinny rail mount from them when I couldn't find it anywhere else in the USA.

I emailed them to see if they actually had it or if it was just listed on an old web page.

The lady from D & L emailed me back on a Sunday to say that yes they did have several of the mounts in stock.

I ordered it through their website the same day and it was here (Arizona) by the end of the week.

An added bonus was that the price was cheaper in US dollars than the Canadian dollars listed in the ad. Don't know what the exchange rate is today.

I had a good experience with my one order from them and would not hesitate to order from them again if they had something I was looking for.

I can't say what the service would be like with a purchase that has US Customs involved, but my one experience with them went well. For what it's worth........

May 2020 - $54.10 in Canadian dollars turned out to be $39.66 in American dollars is what I paid.

About the same price as some inexpensive scope rings, and, it's the only mount I've heard of specifically for the IZH 46 model pistols.

The shipping took a sizeable chunk a change for just one item. Good to know I would order couple other small items to distribute the shipping cost when I do.
