Tuning 1377 w/ steel breech, stock rear sight?

Ok, what's everyones thoughts on this combo. Stock rear sight/aftermarket steel breech. Breech is dovetailed for scope or aftermarket sight, but i modified the stock piece to fit.

Basically, wondering if this is good as is or crap and just go with an aftermarket rear sight.

I had an issue with bumping my rear sight, haha. It never liked that. But I'd say just try it and see how you like it or how it does over say a week or two. 

Personally, I would be tempted to get williams sight.

I have shot it a few times, im not hating it. Sometimes times it feels the same others shots seem slightly improved (or just luck). I just haven't seen any aftermarket rear sights i like.

Yup I was going to say the same and it is a very nice sight. But it requires a dovetail and his breech does not have one like the Crosman breeches.

Thats actually the one Alchemy recommended. I'll give it a few more tries, but i think i will eventually upgrade. Might as well take advantage of the dovetail.

The breech does have a dovetail, just not the sight.

I shot the same set up on mine . Worked good , then i put on a cheap red dot and everything got better . more good hits . enjoy Ray

I'm pretty sure that the guys that make the Grav-mag also make a sight for the Crosman. Pretty cheap if I remember correctly.
