100 cf tank and 530cc bottle math q’s

Im debating buying a 100 cubic foot tank to fill my new uragan instead of a compressor. I live right near aoa so Im sure they can fill to 4500psi. My question is, is it ok to top off with a hand pump? The 530cc on the uragan says safe to 300 bar so Im curious how many fills I would get to say 250 bar?

Also, in my experience - when I am practicing at paper / steel targets, I wind up shooting for a few hours before my 97cu-ft tank can no longer fill above 250bar (FX 480cc bottles and 290cc + 88cc plenum in my Taipan). I don't bother topping off with a hand pump with anything but my Leshiy, but I do usual stay tethered so as not to waste valuable air.

To get a more accurate number of fills put in 88 cu-ft tank there are no 97's or 100 cu-ft

Thanks for the calculator! Now I dont know what to do, the tanks not too bad but for 700$ I dont know. Seems like theres not any compressors reliable for under 3k really.
