I did not quite get why the forum does that when I first joined. Had nothing to list, but still wondered.
Basically keeps people from joining just to sell a gun. Problems with that are nobody knows you, you haven’t shown a legit interest in sharing information or seeking information and have not established any cred so to speak.
It is a good rule as it protects protects buyers and encourages constructive participation in conversations here.
Stick around, slow down and enjoy. Lots of really sharp air gunners here willing to help out and share what they know.

You should only mention that when you gain access to the classified section. Otherwise it looks like your trying to sell outside the proper section. 10 post and three days to get approval.

Problem is nobody knows you. Id like to have a bt wildcat but I only buy from guys with classified feedback who are active on the forums. Gives me a little piece of mind

On a related note, are there any other resources to sell used airguns? It looks like craigslist / facebook / offerup all ban you selling an airgun even though you can purchase it directly from amazon?
