I found this, JSB's seem to be pretty darn consistent so I don't bother with them any more, if my gun is shooting off then i may check a random selection and see if its the pellets, me or the gun. Like I said in my review, it improved my shooting greatly.. in the sense that I stopped blaming...

KAJSER - seeing as you're stuck on legal limit you don't want "really powerful" as all it will mean is that its a magnum springer with a smaller spring in it and will weigh loads more as well as probably recoil more! You just want something that was designed as a 12ft.lb gun. some suggestions...

Nice to see an all round video, a bit of comparison, bit of target and bit of hunting. and great to see Ted back. His sign off at the end gives hope that he may be back onto making semi-regular videos. it would be nice to see him back on the forum again too!

I can't find it either, I was convinced I had seen it on a YouTube video but may be wrong. Perhaps I was having a happy dream instead. Either way, you can still record with a dvr plugged into it at the very least. If I find the video I will post it up

Mine is as you describe, however I believe the news units have space for a memory card and can directly record. 

I had the same thoughts, went with the nitesite, I shoot targets by day and hunt by night usually so it suite me much better. I do find the rubber sleeve for attaching the camera with hasn't quite got enough eye relief as it comes for the sidewinder, you do have to fiddle a bit to get it right...

Last year I bought a £10 LED floodlight that's rechargeable, no wires and mess and dead cheap, so you can buy a handful and put them at the target and at you bench etc... 


There are probably more polite ways of asking when a review is coming out. These guys do not work for you or any of us. They mostly do it as a hobby. Cut a little slack and just enjoy the community here. 

Wow crazy mount, what's the benefits? I notice benchrest shooters tend to use high mounts too... Any reason?

Ted has said before that these people don't profit from it. Google/YouTube has a clever system that protects him and makes sure they don't get a penny. I think Ted gets the money... But I may be wrong
