    Where do I start?

OK, your coming from, I want more trigger time and less ammo costs. Can air guns do that for me.You have to understand the nature of the beast here.Airguns are best tuned to be subsonic. Yes most good air guns can be pushed supersonic. But will go subsonic before 50 yards and will lose all...

AEAC's video review of the new Benjamin Trail NP2 SBD .22

So, I drank the cool aid and bought one. The cocking is not light. It is smooth but it takes effort. I am beside myself about the power this thing makes. I did not think a break barrel could do what this thing dose shot after shot.It kicks and it's gonna take time to learn to shoot it. But wow...

    First Air Rifle

I have to be the guy that says shooting a springer is hard. Can good work be done with these? Yes it can but it takes a specif hold and a lot of practice. Consider first if there are any dive shops in your area. If so ask if they will fill an air gunners tank. Try your local fire dept as well as...

FX IMPACT 25 Air Guns of Arizona latest shipment is in 45 days early.

I have to say any PCP air rifle will give you hunting accuracy. Now I have a FX impact but a BSA MK2 will make a close approximation and it costs what? 300 hundred dollars? If you want it it's there for you but if you need to do a job there are way more paths that you could take for you to...

Trigger assembly lube and maintenance for PCP

Non compressed parts of the gun are safe for whatever. However if the manufacturer used white lithium or whatever they know the stresses on the part. So I would use the same with a note to self to do this again in a year and just clean up and re lube as routine maintenance.

I know I'm nuts but the hatsan in 30 caliper

OK received in good shape. This thing is heavy. I have ordered a sling as well as the hose to hook it up to my compressor as it has a fill probe thingy and i will probably try to hunt with it with the sling but I have got to question how steady I am gonna be offhand. And zebra your preach-en to...

I know I'm nuts but the hatsan in 30 caliper

Ya of course I am. But I mean compare it to the bennie 357. Or air arms or airforce. The large cals mean short shot counts. And were talking 50 here. Not that a bottle you want to carry will recharge it but if you cant have fun with 50 shots. Well thats on you.

I know I'm nuts but the hatsan in 30 caliper

50 shots at 970 fpe in 30 cal. Were red fogging feral dogs here.2 500 cc cylinders. How could I not buy this? It is gonna take hours for my omega compressor to fill but when it's full I better not see a starling. It's just mind blowing. The right product at the right time. And I bought me one.

    Uh no. Just no.

Benjamin NP2 .177 out of the box.. Wanted quiet.. seems a little loud.

For pellets you want JSB you don"t want anything else. What ever your trying to do chose the jsb to do that and tune your rifle to shoot that pellet. This way is happiness.

    Advice on first air rifle

Shooting a spring-er is an advanced skill. Shooting a pcp is as easy as shooting a 22lr. Ie it's easy. But that's the truth. And pcp's cost more and you gotta find a source for high pressure compressed air or spend the coin to make your own.I mean I don"t wanna dis springers as good work can be...

I Hate For This To Be a 'What Should I buy' topic, but WHAT SHOULD BUY?

Your not gonna get accuracy at that price point. Throw a rock at it. The cheep airguns will move a object out of the barrel at best. If pcp is what you want you gotta start at Benjamin, If springers are ok with you then start with gammo. . But springers are hard to shoot. If you can hold it...

    A couple bullpup questions

There are now non bull pup bull pups. The In the FX impact the trigger is where the trigger is. The only thing that moves to the but of the stock is compressed air. See Ted's last review for conformation. The Brocock compatto is a semibull pup as the breach is behind the trigger but not at the...

    Ted's 10 shot bonanza

Ya I just watched his vid on you tube. He usually places but has never won. He's pumped for this year. I'm wondering if he is shooting kings instead of heavys. I think FX designed the gun to shoot kings.

so my take on my omega compressor

I have no experience on o_rings just what Ive read. Little omega bottle (68 cu in) from near 0 to 4000 plus 30 to 40 minutes. The noise isn't huge but it isn't silent I'll say in line with a shop compressor (100 psi). My leak was the connection from the compressor to the fill hose (kinda...

so my take on my omega compressor

So my first impression was not good as other users had some issues. So I bought a bottle as I wanted something to charge. First time fail (but I found a leak). Second time fail (but its still leaking). Third time and my bottle is charged to over 4,000psi and no issues. Reading every thing I can...

Focus dial or Parallax dial? (Ted ?!)

travels4 fun, In your post you state that target focus is set at 60 yards for rim fire as that is close enough for that cartrage. I think air rifle also works in this range. Thats all I ment that an air rifle dosen't need the ability to adust its focus on target for the ranges it will be used...

Focus dial or Parallax dial? (Ted ?!)

Great thanks for travels4fun for that right up. As I had no clue. So point at blue sky and adjust for crisp crosshairs. In an air rifle your probaly done. But if you spent way to much money for a scope adjust the other focus to bring your other target into focus. Its all about 2 things not being...
