    Good Things in small packages.

Picked this up about a month ago. Did a couple little mods so far. Next step is some form of hammer de-bounce device. I currently have it shooting AA 16g's at @ 26 fpe ( Plenty!) on full power. Half inch groups all day at 33 yds. I Love it! Mike

    Increasing shot count.

Could anyone suggest a source for a larger bottle for a BSA R10SE? I'd prefer not to do a bunch of grinding/sanding of the stock to obtain a good fit and a cf bottle would be a Bonus! Stock capacity is 200 cc. Thanks! Mike

Another update on the Kral Pro 500

As some may know, some of the Kral walnut stocks come in a somewhat "dry/bare" condition. I went to work on mine following one of Joe W. Rhea's instructional video's. I went with Minwax Antique Oil and sanding process using 320-400-600-800 and ending with 1500 grit. Here are some pics...

    Another refurb. deal.

I had some money saved up for an airgun purchase and was thinking of picking up a refurbished .25 Gauntlet and going to town on it but made a last minute decision to try This... It's a Puncher Pro 500 in .25 I've had nothing but good luck with my Puncher Breaker and older Puncher Pro,both in...

    More 430L stuff.

Got a chance to stretch things out to 35 yds today. Non "cherry picked" 15 shot group with JSB 8.44's. I polished the stock a bit. The rifle has a great shot cycle and feels very nice! Eventually I'll do some in depth pellet testing but for a new gun it shows some promise. Glad I didn't...

    The Diana 430L

After a lot of debate and a bunch of reading,I took the chance on this greatly discounted rifle. I received it on the 7th and here are my thoughts,so far. Fit and finish are Great! This 430 looks like a Much more pricey gun than I expected. Bluing and wood are just as nice as my 54. Very Happy...

Feedback Hepotter is a Great seller!

Recently purchased a Donny Fl Sumo from him. Item arrived well packaged and just as described. I purchased it for my .22 Puncher Breaker (Now also sporting a Lane regulator...FANTASTIC!). I had a Donny Fl Tatsu but wanted even More sound reduction. It's now Quieter than a Nerf gun...and it's...

I'm looking for some opinions on the AEON scopes.

I realize that these are no longer in production and sold "as-is". My question is if they are decent enough to consider at the reduced price? Most likely not going to be used on anything but pcp's. Thanks People! Mike

I seem to be regressing. Got Another Diana.

I've been eyeballin the Diana 240 for some time now. It appealed to me with its light weight, easy cocking and handy size...so I bought one. First thoughts were "Man this is Small!" Seems quite nicely put together and is frankly, a Pretty little thing! Wood is well finished and it has a plastic...

Here are some numbers from my self-tuned HW97K

I recently picked up an HW97 in .22 which was on my "list" for some time. I perfomed the usual cleaning/polishing and de-burring. It has the factory spring with a 2.55 mm spacer and "moly impregnated" Vortek piston seal. I used my own "special concoction" of spring lube/vibration damping...

HW97 front stock mount bracket loose?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me...Is the front stock mount (Nearest to barrel) supposed to be on the loose side? Mine is not tight and moves to a small degree. Do they all jiggle around slightly? Seems odd to me. Thanks! Mike

Spent some quality time with my trusy old Pro Sport...

Had some time to do some casual 50 yd plinking with the 12 ft lb .177 Pro Sport. Light breeze from my left and using JSB 8.44's. Nothin like simply grabbing a rifle and pellets to relax and plink!

.177 Refurbished Gauntlet continues to impress me.

After quite a bit of testing I finally settled on JSB 10.34's averaging 890 fps. Here is an average 10 shot group at 45 yds (1 mag). Winds 5-7 blowing from my back. Mike
