totally agree...firm believer of the "its not the ball but the player" saying....im not saying fx will make anyones shot better but what I am saying is that id rather get a good quality gun over anything. 

Griff and Widget just basically told what I was thinking when I created this, like it might be hard to admit it but Fx set the bar...now other brands are stepping up...yes they are they have to get to the bar as well or be washed away completely. Also I'm not bashing but the joke isn't on...

And if that does happen and something goes wrong bye bye to DIY fixing.....lol thats going to be some complex stuff.

Ok when I first made the post my comparison was basically me trying to say the average person walking around today either has an iPhone, wants an iPhone or wants to try one out to see what all the commotion is about....now I compare that to air gunners and FX.

and btw even if everyone catches up to FX with the smooth twist and other stuff, do you really think people will jump ship after dropping thousands literally thousands on FX, i mean people redo there gun collections all the time but Idk if they completely jump ship.

remember haha ("slaps knee") I started this thread and yea I've seen some phenomenal advancement this year and the year isn't even half way over yet, and theres nothing wrong with comparing FX to brands that are using some of the same marketing strategies.

woah woah woah there now Ive been studying apple for a very long time( sense 8th grade now in 4th year of under grad), and although I could go into detail about this, all I will say is yah can't beat apple at what they've done.

but we are looking at the perspective of the now, not the future and the now is that FX is basically a go to for people with good budgets and a gun room changer for people who don't have them yet. PS: not trying to bash what you said.

but don't you think once they figured out the took over the high and mid end market that they will try and trickle down into the low end? Because they started out redoing the top...now they are moving to redo the middle soon it might be the low end. Just speculation, they might not just to...

With new guns like the Streamline crossing over into the affordable waters is FX the new apple of airgunnning? Everyones opinion?

This is the main reason I wanted the streamline because I could do both.

Take a look at this.....now this blew me out of my seat....and this is out the box...what more could any newbie ask for.

Yea it should but my preference is straight out the box fun with less hassle so that is why I was leaning on the stream, now Benjamin's marauder field and target looked good... but they dropped it....smh and I also have always had my eye on a streamline but 1800 way up in the clouds.

right now my $ limit is almost 1200.
