The FX Leopard - bottle version (not bad):

    N/A Webley Hurricane

Have a couple, and like them a lot. Yesterday I received a BSA Scorpion in the mail, and when I got it in my hand I instantly thought that this could be the Hurricane`s bigger brother - even if it is a different animal. (There are some similarities I think).

    HW/Weihrauch Lost….But not forgotten

Nice! Gives new meaning to the saying “worth waiting for”, but this - I must say- was over the top.

    I ask why?

Slugs and heavier pellets? And just for the possibility to max out? But I see your point, and often turn down power, mostly for obtaining higher shot count and reduced sound.

    N/A Walther restored

No offend at all! I know exactly what you mean, and most of my collection are original to the bone so to say. (100+ rifles and pistols). But some of the guns I buy are badly treated, and full of scratches and dents, but still in working condition (with some help…). These guns I just have to...

    N/A Walther restored

Something to note: When you sand down a stock, the wood may disappoint you. It may occur that the maker had lifted the grains with some coloring techniques, or the sanding takes away the nice ferniss after years of aging and handling. That may be a gamble in some cases. Personally I don’t like...

    N/A Walther restored

Many ways, but I do this; Sanding, sanding, sanding….. From 80 grit, and step by step up to 400. Now the oiling process starts combined with wet/oil-sanding (800 grit or 000 steel wool) and drying between layers. Minimum 2-3 layers with “oilsandingpolish”. Then 2-3 layers with thorough wiping...

    N/A Walther restored

A glance of my inside-and-out restored Walthers. (LGR RT/2 LGR universals/LG90/LGV. And a Walther mod 55 that soon will be finished. As you notice they are all scoped, since I prefer plinking at different distances. 10 m target shooting with diopters is not my thing, and these 40-60 years old...

    FX FX Leopard Question

I have the standard .177 (600 mm barrel) on order, and asked the same question, just to be sure. The supplier confirmed what udabegger says. The Leopard handles slugs, but also lighter pellets when adjusting the power (and of course a higher shot count pr fill with light pellets).

    Benjamin Custom-stocked .25 Marauder find

Nice lines in that stock. And that wood alone surely had to be more expensive than what you paid for the whole package. A good find!!

    N/A Target air pistols

No standard AR fitting. From a piece of wood you drill a vertical hole (with the correct angel!) through the grip blank from each side with the same hole seize and dept as the original grip. Then you start the innletting/grinding so you can sink the action into the grip. Go slowly, and use the...
