IMHO none of the guns here with optics blocking the iron sights will be very useful at short range eg 20'. That's because of the offset of the optic above the bore line. Unless you adjust the optic for around 20' in which case (a) it will be way off further out and (b) isn't needed at that...

I have a Hatsan Mod 25 Supertact QE pistol / carbine with its detachable stock - and I love the additional steadiness that provides. Much easier to aim than the plain "Supercharger" pistol version. So these carbine conversions all make sense to me and besides are very impressive pieces of work.

Sticman did you ever find out this screw size? I need to replace the ones on my Hatsan Mod 25 Supercharger / Supertact pistol which also sheared off. They look like M3 (3mm) and if that's what was on your Mod 95 it would be confirmation and a big help in ordering high-grade steel replacements...
