Not too rare, I’ve heard of one owner in Australia that got 2 rifles is a row that had the same issue. He’s currently shooting the second one while they fix the first one. Luckily mine isn’t experiencing it.

I haven’t tried any other pellets as yet. I had some others for the Dreamline but just have shot them off. That is my next move though if the Hades don’t want to play ball.
