Since I placed Bullseye ZR scope mounts on my springers, none of my scopes have been busted by my springers, even my 460 magnum.

i only have one in .22 and it shoots real good. i basically am a paper puncher and use a tripod rest.

Have you checked your batteries. I understand it eats them like candy Mine misses enough shots to be aggravating - that's why I've gone back to using my trusty Caldwell Precision chrony most of the time.

An mrod can be pumped, especially since I doesn't have to go all the way to 3000 to be a good shooter.

I got to wondering. Would a silencer on the end of a springer do any good, or are springers loud by their nature? Seems to me like the noise I hear is the mechanism inside the springer working. All my PCPs have DonnyFL silencers on them and they really work and make the PCP quieter. Thanks...

I have DonnyFL's on all my PCP's and they really make them quieter, but none of my springers (tx200, Diana Model 48 and Diana 480 magnum) have silencers on them. Do they do any good on a springer? I always thought that "loud" was the nature of a springer.

I have a FX chronograph, but I still prefer using my Caldwell Precision Chrony.

I have two 1322 and two 1377's and when I'm done for the day, I put 3 pumps in them. No particular reason, I just use 3 pumps, 2 pumps would probably do. None of them have developed any leaks (knock on wood). Why 4 - I like my grandsons shooting them.

There are a lot of good rangefinders out there. I was most satisfied the ones with the red reticles.
