    FX FX Wildcat BT Leak

Found a UA video on YouTube that showed the process. Doesn’t look difficult but will definitely need some brass picks. I‘ve done far more difficult things with centerfire rifles and looks like a great opportunity to learn how to work on the gun.

    FX FX Wildcat BT Leak

Funny you should mention that. UA just said they could ship me the regulator instead of me having to ship in the gun. If it’s an easy swap, I may opt for this route.

    FX FX Wildcat BT Leak

So can I get with Utah Airguns even if I didn't purchase from them? Do they handle FX warranty issues in the states? I haven't adjusted the reg at all since I got it. It was tuned perfect for my pellet needs when I received it.

    FX FX Wildcat BT Leak

Is this something that is just a simple o-ring fix or something wrong with the reg itself? I have an email into Bullet Central so I’ll see what they say as well.

    FX FX Wildcat BT Leak

Had a small leak in a new Wildcat BT I purchased and finally got time to look more into it. The bottle had completely emptied itself due to the leak so I went to fill it back up and as soon as pressure got back on the bottle, I could hear air coming out of the hole above where the bottle screws...

    FX FX news ? Feb.2025 what'up ? FX wakes up ?

Well I finally broke down and bought one last week. Guess we shall see what to tomorrow brings as my Wildcat isn’t even delivered yet haha.

Tripod for FX Wildcat MK3 BT?

Just discovered this attachment made by Primos that's compatible with their shooting sticks. This might be the ticket. That simple trigger pull adjustment is slick on the Primos and adding this two point attachment for when we need it would give me the best of all worlds. Not near as stable as a...

Tripod for FX Wildcat MK3 BT?

Ok I’ll take a look at the bipods as well. I did see a video that showed the tripod used sitting on the ground but the legs were spread pretty wide and that may not be ideal in the terrain I’ll be in. Thanks for the guidance!

Tripod for FX Wildcat MK3 BT?

I’m totally new to this world and I definitely see your point. I just watched a video on the Primos tripod and I really like how fast that is to adjust. We will be hunting from a seated position as well most likely so this might be the best option. I really wasn’t loving the clamp idea as it...

Tripod for FX Wildcat MK3 BT?

Thanks for the suggestion. I’ll take a look at those. The main reason for the initial tripod inquiry is for my dad that has mobility issues and looking to give him as much help steadying/holding the gun as possible.

Tripod for FX Wildcat MK3 BT?

I've seen these, but with the way the Wildcat MK3 BT is built, there's not much to clamp on to in a traditional sense without damaging the gauge.

Tripod for FX Wildcat MK3 BT?

Prepping to do some small game hunting with my new Wildcat MK3 BT. I know the stock makes it a bit tricky to use with a tripod, but curious what others have done. I know they make ARCA bottle clamps, and for a bipod I would think that would work but something doesn't sit right with supporting...

    Who makes FX Hybrid Slugs?

Glad to hear you’ve had great luck overall with the seconds. The price difference is hard to ignore. As for defects, what have you found and is it a low percentage?

    Who makes FX Hybrid Slugs?

Still cheaper than FX Hybrids so it's a win either way. Plus the ability to buy larger lots is super nice. Also looked at the Impulse Air HBT Slugs (https://www.impulseairgun.com/hbtslugs) which look to be the same design. Those aren't bad either on price either. 150 slugs for $20 comes out to...

    Who makes FX Hybrid Slugs?

I know this is a few months old but curious if you ever gave the seconds a try. Stumbled across RMR seconds mentioned in a YouTube video and the price is really appealing. Guy reviewing said they shot just as good to him. Considering giving the .30 a try.

    Moisture filter question

Thinking on your last sentence there, I guess you would need an on-off valve at the end of the line before the gun/tank connection otherwise there would be nothing to stop the pressure from the filter from being vented. Definitely think it's time to diagram this out. Glad to hear there's nothing...

    Best Compressor under $2,000

It was hard to see but I saw the valve handle underneath and assumed that's what you had done. Did you just get a plug for the other side of the filter housing? As for the post filter, is it the Hill Dry-Pac Pro specifically?

    Moisture filter question

Yeah I understand what you are saying, but since I don't have a tank and will be filling the gun direct, would that change things? Also curious if there's a reason why you couldn't leave your filters charged for a day while you are using it frequently. This would obviously require check valves...

    Best Compressor under $2,000

Just looked up the water filter and found the one you used and see how you made it work. That's clever! Still curious if you are running in filters on the output side though.

    Best Compressor under $2,000

Very interested in this setup as I'm wanting to mimic this for a CS4 but not pre-compress the air like @BlackICE did since I'm wanting something that can be mobile and run on a 12V battery when needed. Do you have details on how you used the water filter? Also, are you running any filters on the...
