They don’t match. They are more brown than bronze

Does anyone know of any bronze scope mounts that match the impact bronze? The westhunter ones don’t match they are more brown than bronze. I saw a post that @AirGunShooter had some that looked like they would match but I can’t find the post now. Any suggestions?

Why the second smaller filter post compression? Isn’t that one just cotton? Wouldn’t the larger filter take care of any moisture much better than the smaller one?

Typical distance is 15-20 yards. The Venturi is shooting in the low 800’s. The FX is shooting mid 900’s. We were in a boat in narrow canals so it was mostly shorter distances. A few times we got out and climbed the berms and took longer shots.

Yeah .22 definitely works fine with a kill shot, but we shoot them from a boat so kill shots are much harder and .25 stops pretty good

Went out and dispatched 31 iguanas the other day with my buddy in about 4-1/2 hours. Probably had another 5 that took head shots and ran into residential areas. Lots of pregnant females in this bunch. Took most of them down with an avenger .25 and a few with an FX impact .30 which is overkill...
