Air Venturi Like it, Love it, Hate it?! The Avenge-X

I have an Avenge-X .25, shooting at 60-61 fpe. It’s my first PCP, so I don’t have anything else to compare it to, but I like it so far.

    Swarm magnum gen 3

I also started with a Gamo Magnum last year, and recently bought an Avenge-X. It feels like a cheat code for accuracy compared to the Gamo :ROFLMAO:

Other Anybody else having trouble with bidding on ebay?

FYI, with the new IRS rules, if you sell more than $2500 worth of stuff on EBay in 2025, eBay is required to send you a 1099 form for you to claim it as income on your taxes. For 2026, that threshold will only be $600. Same goes with collecting payment via PayPal or Venmo “Goods and Services”...

Air Venturi Avenge X tactical hammer spring adjustment

The Markforged printer we bought at work ~6 years ago could be upgraded to reinforce the nylon base filament with either continuous fiberglass or continuous carbon fiber material - IIRC the carbon fiber had strength similar to aluminum. (No experience with it, we just bought the basic model)

Air Venturi Avenge X tactical hammer spring adjustment

Inspired by @superduty250 post above, I took it one step further. I drilled two slotted holes in parts #150 and #153. After drilling pilot holes, I used a 1/8” drill bit and gradually made the slot longer until I could get a ball-end Allen key to engage the screw from underneath the connecting...

    Air Venturi avenge-x vs avenger

Here’s that vid: I’m a PCP noob and just bought a pre-owned Avenge X, because I got a really good deal on it and it came with extras. If I found a really good deal on a pre-owned Avenger, I probably would’ve bought that instead. If I was buying new, would I have spent the extra couple...

    Portable Shooting Bench

Built one similar to this using this $25 Harbor Freight sawhorse. Found a 19x36 a piece of scrap OSB in my garage. Couple minutes with the jigsaw and some nuts and bolts from my miscellaneous hardware bin and I had the first revision shown below. Just shot a few pellets to test it out since it...
