Just to follow up; i ordered a brass piston and replaced all orings again as instructed and the reg is working like a watch now. Delrin piston sucks.

The reg is really challenging. I have fast leak through the hole in the reg nut. This is not creep or a slow leak. Just blowing air through the atmospheric vent. Changed the washer stack configuration. All the orings including that hidden one. There is something fundamentally wrong. I cannot...

But the reg is still leaking :( Replaced all the orings.
