Barra has great customer service. I had a 1100z for several months before getting frustrated and returning to them for a full refund. I'm not sure why barra would bring a new gun to market that doesn't have a side lever. I think a Turkish walnut stock and a side lever would have been the way to go .

I figured out my own problem. I unscrewed the male fill fitting on the unit and it had sucked filter material inside the fitting and partially into the metal block that the fill fitting attaches to. I'm not sure how that happens?

There's some great information here on shortening the hammer spring on the Akela .177. I'm curious for those of you that have actually done that.. how many of you have seen a drastic improvement in shot count versus those of you that may have been a bit disappointed after shortening the spring.

I bought the akela in 177 from airgun revisions. With crosman premier hollow points it shoots nickel size groups at 30 yards. The challenge for me with the bullpup is since the scope is so high the point of impact varies pretty significantly between 10 yards and 40 yards. She's very accurate...

Just received a beautiful Akela .177 from airgun revisions. The barrel shroud is a little loose and even my smallest Allen wrenches won't fit. Would someone be able to tell me what size Allen key fits the grub screws on the barrel shroud?

That's not bad. I bought a Ironhide and can't get accuracy better than 1.5" at 10 yards. Hoping to send it back to crosman in exchange for the vaporizer

I recently spoke with the gentleman at airgun revisions . He stated benjamin pellets are not repackaged crosmans. So i tried the 14.3 Benjamin discovery pellets in my marauder. Much tighter groups than the crosman premieres. Easily under a dime at 40 yards.

Im still waiting to see some accurracy reports using the 3622 at hunting ranges . 20-30-40 yards. Where we can see group size and pellet preference. I'm starting to think maybe this gun is generally bought by folks shooting short backyard ranges at spinners and tin cans.
