According to Air Venturi, O-rings and seals are considered consumables and not covered under warranty.

UPS wanted outrageous shipping fees to send my rifle into Air Venturi for a refurb, so I decided to try a DIY o-ring job. Hopefully I won't have to send it in anyways if I can't figure it out and fix the air leak.

I was going to send mine in to Air Venturi for servicing, but UPS wanted over $120 to ship to AV. Decided to try DIY. I just hope I don't have to send AV a bag of parts to reassemble!!

Obviously it wouldn't make any sense to pay a tax stamp and the cost of a real suppressor only to use it on an airgun, but if one already had a legally acquired suppressor/silencer for use with an actual powder burning firearm, is it likely to work on an air rifle as well? Has anyone tried this...

My Labradar also doesn't reliably track past 75 yds, but that is a known issue for bullets of .22 cal. and under. Sometimes it tracks out to 100 yds. Larger bullets do fine out to 100 yds. I have not tried it with my PCP rifle yet. But even if it only tracks out to 75 yds., that's still enough...

I fall into that camp of wanting reliable 100 yd. performance. A lot of pellets will likely shoot well at 50 yds. and under. At 100+ yds. the herd is considerably thinner, I would guess.

Cute, but I prefer the original which will track bullets out to 100 yds. The LX is limited to about 20 yds. May not matter to some shooters.

Placed a large-ish order of assorted pellets and slugs, to include back ordered JSB MRDs for future testing. I still need to send off my S510 XS to Air Venturi for servicing. Hopefully I'll be able to test everything in about 6 weeks from now??

My .22 cal. S510 XS seems to have a twist rate of about 1:17.75 in. averaged of several passes with the swiveling cleaning rod.
