It was one brown lid can and one red lid can. The brown can was about 3/4th full and the red can, was full. The original owner told me he bought the gun and didn’t shoot it much, so I’m guessing he put 100 or so pellets through it. The gun is basically new.

I bought this model B, years ago, from the original owner. it came with the original owner’s manual and 2 cans of pellets.

As far as Sheridan’s go, there’s a different feel to a model A. I think if you have a chance to shoot one a few times, you might change your mind about buying one. 🙂

1952 is probably about right. My friend UJ, is more of an expert on these, than I am.

Since it’s a early model A, it would be 1947.

I added another Sheridan model A, to my collection. These are my favorite American made air rifles. This one wasn’t pumping up, but I went over to UJ’s house, last Saturday, and we put a pump cup in it. She’s good as new. She’s shooting around 650 fps, with 8 pumps.

Marty, UJ is my best friend. He and I see each other all the time. He knows this gun, along with all my other guns.

I had the same thing happen to my Blue Streak. I checked with my friend UJ, and he said it was the inlet valve. So Chuck is correct. I’m not sure an alcohol flush would help, it could, but in my case, my inlet valve was so mangled up, i had to replace it.
