Yes, I’m thinking the 008 might make more sense...

The Pard unit arrived yesterday, pretty nice, easy to mount and use. The couple shots I took last night were right on, justsome wine corks at about 20 yards. What I wasn’t crazy about was how far forward I had to move the scope to get a decent eye relief. It’s just barely enough, so I’m not...

Amazzon had the Pard NV007V available with a $50 coupon, ($270shipped) so I’m taking a swing at it. We’ll see how it goes...

Thanks. I actually did get a red LED light, and tried it out with the dogs in the backyard; their eyes did shine and reflect the light. LLeon, those are a nice pair of rat busters😊👍 Thanks for the quick review Terry, saves me from doing the same. Much appreciated

I’m thinking of using a bugbuster with something like that. Looks like some experimentation is in order...

Hmmm, don’t have one of those. I’m tempted to pull the oil’ trigger on the Triton as it can be used as a stand alone or added to a scope. I think...

Want to set up the XS for some ratting, relatively close range, but I have no clue about the subject, other than that I don’t want to get crazy with anything over say $400. (I did say cheap) Anyone have experience with some of the stuff listed on Aammazon, especially these three... Triton...

Did some more plinking with it today, between 30and 45 yards. I’m really liking this thing. Surprisingly accurate with both JSB Heavies and H&N Baracudas. Getting 50 shots on a fill, but without a chrony I don’t know what the string looks like. A very nice stubby rifle. No regrets with the...

This was maybe 25 yards. Not offhand, but not well supported. Six to center , six to the BC logo in the upper left

Came out ok, not great. Used Watco teak oil, might’ve made it a bit darker. Plinked a little more, gotta set up a bench to see what it really can do. Pretty happy with it’s accuracy, I know it’s me, not the gun. Four tins of Barracudas arrived this morning and they seem to shoot very well.

Cool. Ace is the place 👍 Not familiar with Hatsans, but other than the replaced spongy yellow O rings it works fine. Also, there was no further leakage. And since I had the stock off, I put a couple coats of oil on it. We’ll see if that was a good idea or not...

Mike, I agree about the large O-ring, but the yellow ones on the fill probe really are garbage. Very soft, one had a small tag hanging on it, and that may have been what got inhaled and caused the leak. The P5’s are a little stiffer and need a bit more of a push to get in there but a little...

The probe rings are P5, the larger one is a #81

So a week in, it developed a leak. Noticed it yesterday when a shot sounded really weak, it was down to halfway in the yellow zone. Took the tube out, and a quick water test showed it was leaking at the fill port. Degassed it by tapping the valve a bunch of times with a soft hammer. Turned out...

Nothing set up yet, just plinking at corks and seed pods. Maybe over the weekend. I did try some cheap Russian Kvintor pellets, they actually shot pretty well. They’re pretty dirty tho
