I have just find out that there are 2 different slingshot hammers fitted on these rifles: So comparison between springs can only be done with the same hammer.

Xisico Bam B50 or 51 are your other (poor) option I don't know who sell them nowadays and I don't think you will have the option of a mag. A regal is expensive, but well worth the money. Why not look at the second hand market? Hope this help. Cheers, Muff

I leave my Huntsman classic cocked (not loaded!) for days (weeks sometime). I need to cock it to remove the mag so it is how it remains. Pcp are no springers and the hammer spring shouldn't be over stressed to be an issue.

HW45 (or Beeman P1) is a very good pistol, very accurate if you can tame it! Edit: corrected spelling.
