my avengex works great with H&N .217 23 grains half inch groups at 60 yards... on NSA slugs you need .216 or .2165 diameter, 17 grain, 20 and 23 grains work great..

Yes Tport set to H Yes various hammer spring settings, there is a point when increasing the hammer spring strength doesn't alter the speed of the pellet roughly like the last 2 turns

Try: 21 grain .217 H&N good 23 grain NSA in .2165 BEST I found! 17.5 grain NSA .217 GREAT accuracy

Thank you Mark... I've done my homework with the o rings, all are good... thing is my gu wont push a 25 grain pellet faster than 880 FPS even if I increase reg pressure to 2500 or 2800 and hammer spring all the way in.... Is it the hammer strength? Is it the valve? the regulator? transfer port...

Anyone knows if transfer port on .25 caliber barrel is bigger than the Tport on the .22 caliber barrel? I can't manage to shoot .25 grain pellets over 880FPS.. . . . . . .
