    Benjamin Match 177 - Issues?

I've had similar experiences shooting out of my Atomic XR @ 12-13fpe. Gone through about 9 tins. More good days than bad but that one flyer creeps in and it's like "Woah", WTH. Hopefully the JTS I have on order does better overall.

Brocock/BRK Atomic XR cocking handle too long - hits knuckle

I had this exact same problem. My fore knuckle would get banged up by the lever every time I cocked it. I unintentionally discovered a fix by getting new grips. The stock grip was way too narrow and forward leaning for me. Having a more vertical grip brought my knuckle back and away from the...

    Brocock/BRK What a shooter!! BRK Pathfinder .177

@Sky King I'm assuming you tried to turn the HS and it did not turn for you. It's because the white plastic screw holding in place was evidently too tight on yours. My Atomic has the exact same feature. All that's needed is to take apart the buttstock from the main body and back off the...

    Huben HB35 hand pump

I've been eyeing this hand pump for a while. Held off due to the lack of reviews. After reading this post, I pulled the trigger and ordered one from Ares. Thanks for sharing your experience with the pump.

    Element Immersive Series

I've had both the 5x30 and the 5x30 Pro. I prefer the Pro as it's longer eye relief (3.3in") allows me to more clearly see my bubble level. I use it for bird pesting anywhere from 10 to 50 yards. The 5x zoom is perfect for my needs. I'll probably return the regular 5x30 model and keep the...

    Brocock/BRK Brocock sniper xr leak

First order of business should be to determine approximately where the leak is coming from. Brocock have very detailed videos on how to disassemble and reassemble your gun detailing what o-ring does what along the process. My Brocock developed a leak at the air cylinder and it wasn't too...

New .177 Benjamin Match Grade 10.5 Gr pellets VS AA 10.3 Gr pellets

Went through 3 tins and all were 10-25 fps slower in my Brocock Atomic XR measuring with a FX Pocket Radar.

New .177 Benjamin Match Grade 10.5 Gr pellets VS AA 10.3 Gr pellets

I also experienced similar spreads. Not only that, fps was consistently lower than H@N Match 10.65 and JSB 10.34. Enough for me to avoid.

    Moderator Question

No kidding about going through all this trouble. Scuffed the surface of a few threads, but not too bad. Still functions okay. Grateful that AoA were prepared to send me a new one if needed. Now I'm anxiously waiting for my new Brocock MF170 to arrive.

    Moderator Question

Finally got it off using a bench vise. Taped up the threads and it came off with a bit of force. Really appreciate all the input from everyone.

    Moderator Question

Definitely don't need anymore surprises. Thankfully I confirmed with AoA that the threads are indeed 1/2". I appreciate the heads up though.

    Moderator Question

Tried applying Loctite on the male end into the shroud. No go, broke free when trying to unscrew the moderator. Had a hard time finding the appropriate nut at my hardware store. Anyone know the thread pitch? I have a rubber strap wrench on the way to see if that works. Shane @AOA suggested I...

    Moderator Question

Already scuffed a few threads trying to unscrew it. Will try to find a couple of nuts to pry it out as suggested above.

Interesting solution. Really appreciate your input and recommendation.

    Moderator Question

Appears this coupler piece should unscrew accordingly. Will need to find a way to unscrew it without causing any damage to the threads.

    Moderator Question

Unfortunately the threaded end on mine does not have any slots. I was thinking of padding the threads with some rags and try to loosen it with some pliers but am concerned about causing damage to the threads.
