I did not find the RAW to live up to its marketing claims in either power or accuracy. The 14 week wait didn't help either. I've owned two FX rifles, an Impact .30 and my current Wildcat .25. Except for a minor bottle leaking issue with the swappable bottles of the Impact, I was (am) tickled...

I went out today without my stick. I ended up getting more game than I usually do. I can now just point 'n click w/o all the fuss of setting-up the sticks. I'm sure I've scared off game or otherwise lost the shot due to that extra step.

My new WC .25 w/ the Sightron scope is so light (7# 3oz) that I have given up my Trigger Stick! I'm getting more game off-hand; less set-up and less to carry.

That does look awesome, Mike. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate your guidance, as always. I don't use cellphone apps when hunting; I find it hinders my efforts. I want to spot. sight, and fire; not fumble around with my cellphone while the squirrel gets away! I have a Chairgun Scope Cap View...

It's not free and it is packed with marketing crap. Chairgun works great for me and it's FREE!!


Mike, I owe you another one! (I'm maxin'-out my tab with you :-).) That worked perfectly! I set the Ind. Mag @ 10x and the Cal. Mag @ 16x, and now the hold-offs are wholly consistent with what I was getting at the range! Awwesome! And now I have a full range of hold-offs out to 195 yds! Thanks...


So, Mike; what do I enter for Ind. Mag and Cal. Mag, respectively? (I do have my scope set at 10x.) I did check out Strelok, but it indicated that I had to default to a particular home page, so I declined. Thanks :-)


It doesn't matter; I have my hold-offs.


That is my reasoning as well. Chairgun worked perfectly on my Impact .30 and RAW .357 when I had Hawke scopes on them. But when I put a Sightron scope on my Wildcat, it shot way high.
