Issue with GX Pump Air Filter

Nothing wrong with being cautious, we all forget how dangerous hpa can be. Glad it’s operating correctly, I’m going to buy a GX filter soon.

    Thoughts on buying used?

I don’t think they actually do any of that, plenty have attested to that, it couldn’t have been done after receiving a broken rifle.

FX Fx impact m3 2nd reg gauge not registering - plenum not filling - think I’m loosing my mind lookin’ for a reason and still not finding .

You can call Cape Fear airguns and talk to Newman, the man in the 910 YT videos you mentioned, maybe he can help and/or send it to him.

    Diana Springer Shooting Technique

You’ll need to put something soft on that front rest. The best is to hold the forearm and rest the back of your hand on a front bag.

    Brocock/BRK Replace Ghost Gauges?

Yep, that’s what I’m going to do. Thanks for tagging Sekhmet also! I sent them a email but never heard back. I think someone probably didn’t like the orientation, then proceeded to hard torque the gauge and broke it. Others have installed it with the dowty seal and no issues, but due to the...

What is a good thread locker in blue

The VC-3 is great for things you might move or disassemble often. For normal Loctite I like to use the purple 222, on small screws for guns etc. The blue 242 is too strong most of the time for smaller screws.

Are the AEA Precision Center puch pellets that good?

    Brocock/BRK Replace Ghost Gauges?

I found what looks to be a good 1/8 bsp dowty seal that is self centering. Even has a review of someone using it on a Daystate fill adapter. https://www.improvedracing.com/dowty-bonded-sealing-washer-m10-3-8-1-8-bsp.html Looks to have free shipping...

    Brocock/BRK Replace Ghost Gauges?

I kinda think as long as you don’t torque it hard it might be ok? There is the Outgun angle bracket that you can use the dowty on the base piece and the gauge screws into the bracket with a xring...

    Brocock/BRK Replace Ghost Gauges?

Were they Sekhmet? Did you use the dowty seals with the new gauges?

    Brocock/BRK Replace Ghost Gauges?

So the regulator side read fine even though the sensing hole is on the side and not the bottom. If so, I’ll try it.

    Brocock/BRK Replace Ghost Gauges?

25mm Sekhmet or 28mm Wika. So you put a PTFE and a oring in the regulator gauge port?

    Brocock/BRK Replace Ghost Gauges?

They both have a dowty seal under them

    Brocock/BRK Replace Ghost Gauges?

So my reg gauge is moving in steps, I was going to replace those tiny ones anyway. I want to use sekhmet 25mm but they say not to use a dowty seal on them(dangerous). Can you use a x-ring in the gauge hole? The regulator gauge hole has the opening in the side, not sure that will work? I have a...

    AEA 8.72, anyone try them in a .177 TX200?

It shoots tight groups with 8.72, similar to the JSB 10.3 but flatter trajectory. You do have to push a little and it pops right in the barrel, the FTT 8.64(4.52) you have to push hard the whole way.

Air Arms Installed Vortek PG4 Delrin kit in TX

Now this is kinda weird, it shot the AEA 8.72 at 870 fps or 14.5 fpe. I cleaned the barrel but it barely changed the patch color at 1000 pellets, guess it was already clean. The breech end of the barrel had build up of lead/dirt, apparently as it wiped off black. Maybe the breech seals could...

    Quietest, and most accurate

Last thing, do not lower the regulator pressure with the rifle pressurized. Read which way to turn the reg to increase/decrease the pressure. You must degas to lower the reg or you will damage it and it will creep badly or leak.

You’ll need a chrono, I use a FX pocket chrono but I have a cheap amazon one that reads right with it and many use it. https://tinyurl.com/pxky73ej Then you’ll be ready to tune your Avenger. The best YT explaining tuning to the knee.

Moderator- STO Falx moderate flow core, you’ll only hear the hammer hit. The moderate core can be used up to .30, so if you change calibers you’re covered. https://www.silentthunderordnance.com/air/falx They actually work and are quiet unlike donny’s and stay away from FX also. I’ve already...
