I have no idea, but my instinct is, a Russian manufactured Edgun might be the better product. I write this having had issues with two of my three Edgun Leshiy 2s, all three made in Belarus.

Why do you care why I asked the question? Because I want to know the answer.

We do pest control. Our Brocock, Kalibrgun, and FX rifles are our favorites. Would recommend against Edgun products, for several reasons.

We have three Leshiy 2s, and have zero time or interest in repairing them, if they have problems. And they have had problems. I posted a thread asking about repair sources and have a good list, but I always get the sense from potential repair places that Edguns are exotic and difficult. Who knows.

If you did encounter problems with your Leshiys, would you self-repair, or send them off for service? If you did send them off, where would you send them?

I have been googling around, but could not find a definitive answer: Has Edgun begun building their rifles in the States, or are they still made in Belarus and imported?

Thanks very much. We don't do business with Edgun West. I see the Edgun shop is in Spain. The nice thing about buying directly from Europe: No VAT charged. It somewhat offsets the shipping costs for small, light items. We will have a look at the Edgun shop.
