i don't live in NY but i'm able to get mine filled thru scuba equipment shops. just let them know you need regular air, nothing special. scuba shop does need to know your PSI. mine is 4500 PSI and they had a pump that maxes out at 4300 PSI. i was ok with that and it costed $7 bucks. they also...

yup i feel the same way. the cost of 0.30 cal.. makes it more compelling to look for another pcp in .22

the chrono helps fine tune gun and helps to verify youve dial down power when you dont want to obliterate your target. you just want to humanely dispatch them. not make it look like they exploded.

agreed. i had a pellet co2 rifle for a skunk.. it took 3 shots of .177 into the body and ran off. im sure it died but the rifle just didnt have the stopping power of a pcp. now i have an fx impact 3, 0.30 cal. works great.. one shot to the heart/lung or head, and that pest stops dead in its tracks.
