UPDATE: Hatsan sent it back fixed just got it today!!!!!

Update. I think it needed some work that is beyond my current knowledge so far, they reached out to me and I just dropped it off to FedEx to get shipped for repair. Pray for a speedy return!

when filling it one time the hose blew off the gun from my 1.6 l tank. Idk if that made the gun leak or not. It did scare me, I might have filled to fast that time idk

Ps I really like the gun it's accurate, but the leak is annoying to keep filling my 1.6l tank which takes like 30 45 mins. Just to top off the gun every 42 shots grrrrrrrrr

Yes I called Amazon but they said no. I did it before with a generator tho..... i reached out to hatsan have not heard back, I just wish I knew what was going on with it and I wish it was like an o ring or something easy, but I have no idea

I recently purchased a hatsan factor RC, When I go to fill it up, it leaks rapidly out of the hole that the pellet gets pushed into by the bolt. I could hear the air coming out. when when I leave it sit completely empty from 200 bar in less than 10 mins.and that's all the gun will take is...

Hatsan factor rc, mine leaks where the pellet goes into the barrel. Its loud when u have the bolt open. Pls help
