Thanks, I used GL4 leakage foam for welding, it was not enough to detect, but the advantage with GL4 it that it leaves no residue. Using water and soap is possibly better but maybe not as healthy to the gun.

Not sure, didn't find anything. But when I opened up and reassembled third time it was tight. So must have been some small fiber or hair stuck between? Or it could have been the manometer. More torque on the manometer this time.

If the pressure in regulated side goes down, the tank will fill the gap, the reg valve will open. The regulated air pressure is what is sealing the valve cone. If the pressure goes down the valve will open. If the pressure rises in the regulated side, the reg "valve" will only seal harder. ...

No I have repeated the 10bar leakage many times now. First time I let it go from 200 all the way down to 150 to see if it would stop. After this I have begun to mark the gauge with a strip of tape to see if the leakage is about the same "speed"

I think it could be done by scanning part by part, and then guessing a bit on the cavities. Looks like that because thats where many mistakes are made, on the insides. Doing it this way would same enormous time compared to model everything. Anyways it help alot in understanding the gun.

Depends on the weight and type of the pellet. the best balistic coffecient will be better at higher speed with heavier pellet. For example a jsb 16grain could have best BC around 250-260mps but a 24grain can peak at maybe 290-300mps. If you want more power for hunting. Just use heavier pellet...
