Just cut off a piece of O ring , then push it in the hole and put a M3x4 Grub screw in to lock it down without damaging the threads, Any o ring with a 3mm thickness will do.

Not all of us in the UK shoot 12 ft lb, I have a 30 Ft lb Theoben Rapid in .20 and It's as good as any .22 for accuracy, you can't do better than put them all through the same hole.

Hi Ian, it is much better, i was getting almost a 300fps spread, it's down to about 20 now, so I need to tinker a bit more, maybe raise the reg pressure a bit more then control it with the valve adjuster, I'm still learning about it. If it was a Rapid 7 i'd have it tuned in 10 minutes;)
