i would love to look and hold a air gun before purchasing. Looking for recommendation on shops in se wisconsin or northern Illinois? Leaning towards fx wildcat/maverick/m3 in compact. Since its a woods/hunting gun, the physical balance and feel would be so valuable.

I was looking at these scopes too for hunting/pesting. Are there any difference besides magnification? Would you recommend the 3-12 vs 4-16? What I am concern about is not being able to see the thin reticle on min magnification.
